Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and the Musalaha Foundation, FID 580166452 (“Musalaha”), regarding your access to and use of the Musalaha Academy website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Musalaha Academy Site”).
You agree, by accessing the Musalaha Academy Site, to be bound by all of these Terms of Use and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use or cannot comply with applicable laws and regulations, then you are explicitly prohibited from using the Musalaha Academy Site and must terminate use immediately.
Supplemental Terms of Use or documents that may be posted on the Musalaha Academy Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. Musalaha reserves the right to make changes or revisions to these Terms of Use at any time and for any grounds and in its sole discretion.
The rights granted to you under these Terms of Use are subject to the following limitations:
(a) you will not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Musalaha Academy Site or Services;
(b) you will not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Musalaha Academy Site or Services except as may be expressly permitted in writing;
(c) you will not access the Musalaha Academy Site or Services in order to build a similar or competitive service; and
(d) You may download course materials for your personal use only. Except as expressly stated herein, no part of the Musalaha Academy Site or Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means. Any future release, update, or other addition to functionality of the Musalaha Academy Site or Services will be subject to the terms of these Terms of Use.
Musalaha reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Musalaha Academy Site or Services or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree that the Musalaha will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Musalaha Academy Site or Services or any part thereof, except and otherwise expressly set forth.
You hereby agree that Musalaha will have no obligation to provide you with any support in connection with the Musalaha Academy Site or Services.

Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Musalaha Academy Site is Musalaha property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, employees, agents, suppliers and any graphics on the Musalaha Academy Site and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Musalaha or licensed to Musalaha, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the Israeli Judicial system.
The Content and the Marks are provided on the Musalaha Academy Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided under these Terms of Use, no part of the Musalaha Academy Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose, without Musalaha’s prior written consent.
Excluding the above, all the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets in the Musalaha Academy Site are owned by the Musalaha or its licensors. The use of the Musalaha Academy Site and Services does not transfer to you or any third party any rights including intellectual property rights. Musalaha and its suppliers reserve all rights not granted explicitly in these Terms of Use.
User Representation
By using this Musalaha you declare as follows:
(1) all registration information you submit will be correct, current, and complete.
(2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and update your registration information as needed.
(3) you have the legal capacity and agree to meet the terms stipulated in these Terms of Use.
(4) The Musalaha Academy website and its educational content are intended for individuals aged 16 and above. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the website, create an account, or purchase content with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. Musalaha reserves the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time
(5) You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental authorization to use the Musalaha Academy Site.
(6) you will not use the Musalaha Academy Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
(7) your use of the Musalaha Academy Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
(8) you will not access the Musalaha Academy Site through automated or non-human means, i.e. AI, bot, script, or otherwise.
If you provide any information that is incorrect, not current, or incomplete, Musalaha have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse to allow you any use of the Musalaha Academy Site.
Services
Musalaha offers licenses for free products, educational products, Educational Use, commercial use, and individual licenses (hereinafter: “Services”).
Free Products
Free products can be used for academic purposes only. When using a product, you are required to grant full credit to Musalaha, with an active link for online versions.
When a product is used in a project that is published on social media, you are required to give full credit to Musalaha, with an active tag to Musalaha’s profile.
Educational Use
When using a product tagged “Educational Use” you are allowed to use it for academic purposes only as a student.
Commercial Use
Upon purchasing, you are free to use the product without giving attribution.
PAID SERVICES and PAYMENTS
Paid Services
Creating an account on the Musalaha Academy website is free of charge, as is access to the website and its general content. Access to purchased educational modules is granted upon purchase.
Nothing in the above shall suggest or oblige Musalaha in any way to provide Paid Services which Musalaha may or may not introduce.
Payments
You expressly authorize Musalaha to charge you for Paid Services purchased, charges for use of the same and any applicable taxes. You agree to reimburse Musalaha, if applicable, for all collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts. If the credit or payment card you provide expires and or you do not update your payment details or cancel your Paid Services, you authorize us to suspend your access to the applicable Paid Services until your payment details have been updated. After such suspension, you agree that Musalaha may re-attempt payment processing upon receiving updated billing details.
Termination of Use
These Terms enter into force on the date you first access the Musalaha Academy Site and will continue to be in force until terminated by Musalaha or by yourself as set below. Upon termination of these Terms for any reason, you must immediately cease using the Musalaha Academy Site or Services.
If you want to terminate these Terms you may do so by providing notice to Musalaha. You may stop using the Services at any time without giving notice to Musalaha.
Musalaha may, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including a period of Account inactivity, terminate these Terms and or your use of the Services and or suspend or terminate your User Account.
In the event of termination, your Account will be disabled, and you may not be granted access to your account or any files or other content contained in your account even though some copies of information may remain in Musalaha system.
Links to Third Party: Vendors/ Creators
In case Musalaha Academy Site provides links from the Musalaha Academy Site to any third-party platform or permits any third party to sell from the Musalaha Academy Site, you acknowledge and agree that Musalaha makes no guarantee of any kind, express or implied, and accepts no responsibility for any content or practices of such third parties or their platforms.
Musalaha cannot guarantee or monitor that the third parties’ products that are offered by the Musalaha Academy Site do not contradict any copyright or other intellectual property rights of another party and Musalaha has no legal responsibility to copyright or other intellectual property claims of any third party regarding a sale that was made using the Musalaha Academy Site or to any product of a third party that was sold by using the services of the Musalaha Academy Site. Products of third-party sellers/vendors/creators participate in deals, campaigns, promotions according to Musalaha’s discretion.
Musalaha cooperates with sellers/vendors/creators to establish the price for each product on the Musalaha platform. Without derogating the above, the product’s price, discounts and changes in pricing over time are solely determined by Musalaha.
Musalaha has no control over, and undertakes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, intellectual property rights, practices or opinions expressed in any Third-Party Services which are offered by the Musalaha Academy Site. In addition, Musalaha will not and cannot monitor, verify, censor or edit the content of any Third-Party Service. By using the Services, you expressly relieve and hold harmless Musalaha from any and all liability arising from your use of any Third-Party Services.
In order to download or use the free products displayed in this Musalaha Academy Site, you undertake to give full credit to designer/vendors each time you use their product and also mention the Musalaha Academy Site address: www.musalaha.academy.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Musalaha make, and you receive, no warranties, representations, undertakings, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, oral or written, including any implied warranties of merchantability.
Your use of the Musalaha Academy Site is at your own risk. The Musalaha Academy Site is provided by Musalaha “as is” without any guarantee, either express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
Musalaha expressly rejects any and all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, to each and any service available from the Musalaha Academy Site, including, but not limited to implied warranties for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any other warranty that might arise under any law.
Without limiting the above, Musalaha makes no guarantee that: (i) the Musalaha Academy Site will meet your requirements; (ii) access to the Musalaha Academy Site will be uninterrupted; (iii) the quality of the Musalaha Academy Site will meet your expectations; and (iv) any errors or defects in the Musalaha Academy Site, services or materials will be corrected (v) any claim of a third party regarding intellectual property rights against Musalaha Academy Site users including any claim against Musalaha client regarding a use of a product that was sold by the Musalaha Academy Site to Musalaha client. Musalaha makes no representations or warranties that the Musalaha Academy Site will be permitted in your jurisdiction, that any of Your Content submitted by you will be available through the Musalaha Academy Site or will be stored by the Musalaha Academy Site, that the Musalaha Academy Site will meet your needs, or that Musalaha will continue to support any feature of the Musalaha Academy Site.
Limitations on Liability
Musalaha its licensors or suppliers have no liability both directly or indirectly for any incidental, special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenue; business interruption or loss of use; cost of procurement of substitute goods or services or other cover; failure of, or defects in, the output; loss, corruption, or deletion of, or failure to delete, data or your content; or damages resulting from force majeure.
The overall liability of Musalaha and its licensors and suppliers will in no event exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid or payable by you for the offering in the one-year period before the events or circumstances giving rise to the liability first occurred, or (b) NIS1,800.
The limitations on liability in these terms will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law to any damages or other liability, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), indemnification, recourse, statute, or otherwise, and even if Musalaha has been informed of the possibility of the liability or the liability is otherwise foreseeable, and regardless of whether the limited remedies in these terms fail of their essential purpose.
Refund policy
Thank you for supporting our Foundation. We aim to provide high-quality educational materials to help you learn and grow. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
All our products are digital and downloadable, including teaching materials, exercises, and videos. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund in the following cases:
- You purchased the product but did not download or access any of the content.
- There was a technical issue on our end that prevented access to the material, and we are unable to resolve it.
- You were incorrectly charged or made a duplicate purchase.
- Refund requests meeting the above criteria must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at [support email].
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days before downloading or accessing the content. By accessing or downloading the product, you expressly waive this right to cancellation.

Musalaha Privacy Policy applies to use of Musalaha Academy Site, and its terms are made a part of these Terms of Use. By using the Musalaha Academy Site, you acknowledge that Internet communications and transmissions are never entirely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Musalaha Academy Site may be intercepted or read by others even if it is declared that a transmission is encrypted (e.g credit card details or data).
Musalaha is committed to keeping your data confidential. Musalaha does all in its power to prevent data theft and unauthorized access by implementing the latest technologies and software, which help Musalaha safeguard all the data collected online by Musalaha.
When you visit the Musalaha Academy Site, Musalaha may collect the following data: Your IP address, Your contact information and email address and additional information such as interests and preferences or data regarding your online activity on Musalaha Academy Site.
By accessing and using Musalaha Services you agree that your information, including your personal information, may be accessed, stored, shared, processed and used per the terms of use set by Musalaha.
You further acknowledge and agree that you are aware that Musalaha Services are available worldwide and that by accessing the services your personal information may be transferred or processed in any country in which Musalaha operates. Please note that in such a case, certain aspects of the Services may be unavailable to you, and that Musalaha are not responsible for any effects resulting from your browser or other computer or mobile settings. Where applicable, you agree that you are responsible for adhering to all laws, policies, and other regulations in your relevant jurisdiction, including but not limited to all laws requiring that cookie use must be disclosed. Musalaha disclaims all liability in this regard.
Visibility of Your Personal Information
Musalaha will not be exposed to the password you have chosen for your user account on Musalaha Academy Site.
Communication with Musalaha
All messages, agreements, and other communications Musalaha send to you via email meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
You agree that Musalaha will send you communications via the contact information you provided Musalaha at registration. You agree that Musalaha will communicate with you inter alia by posting news and messages on Musalaha Academy Site and by emailing. You agree to maintain your contact information current. You acknowledge that if your contact information is not current, you may miss communications sent to you by Musalaha.
For the avoidance of a doubt, subscribing to the newsletter on Musalaha Academy Site, will be considered as a consent to receive emails from Musalaha.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, and any supplemental terms incorporated, constitute the entire agreement between you and Musalaha regarding your use of the Musalaha Academy Site and Services. Musalaha’s failure to exercise or enforce any provision or right under these Terms of Use shall not constitute as a waiver of such provision or right.
If any provision under these Terms of Use is, for any reason, found to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions under these Terms of Use will be unaffected and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be considered modified as valid and enforceable to the maximum degree acceptable.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any action or proceeding regarding a disagreement or a claim which occurs as a result or in regard to these Terms of Use must be brought to the relevant Court in Tel Aviv and each party irrevocably agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such Court in any such action or proceeding. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Musalaha may seek injunctive relief in any Court with jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential or proprietary information. Certain mandatory laws of other jurisdictions, including but not limited to data protection, privacy, and consumer protection laws, may apply to the extent required by such laws.
