What We Do

Musalaha is a faith-based non-profit based in Jerusalem, founded in 1990. We teach, train, and facilitate reconciliation, mainly between Israelis and Palestinians, using our grassroots “Curriculum of Reconciliation”. This practical roadmap equips Jewish, Christian, and Muslim individuals to break free from cycles of violence. Our curriculum has also helped foster reconciliation in a wide variety of conflicts worldwide. To meet our team and learn more about our mission, visit the Musalaha website.

Principles for reconciliation

All humans encounter conflict in their lives. While a source of pain and suffering, conflicts can be a catalyst for structural change and redefine relationships, for the sake of peace and justice for all. Musalaha’s Reconciliation reflects a well-founded philosophy consisting of practical rules and ideas guiding people to take responsibility for their own actions, bringing change to the collective in collaboration with the “other.”
