As we move into the second stage of reconciliation, we must courageously confront the mental, physical, psychological, and emotional obstacles that stand between us and true connection. This phase challenges us to take full ownership of our limitations and responsibilities within our current reality. It’s not just about understanding the “other”—it’s about recognizing and overcoming the barriers within ourselves. Only by facing these internal obstacles can we truly open the door to critical reflection, growth, and authentic reconciliation.
